Return missed calls, texts, and emails during scheduled follow-up windows, with many texts and emails returned outside those hours as needed.
Provide open house feedback within 24 hours.
Notify clients early when private showings are being scheduled for occupied property.
Provide private showing feedback within 48 hours when it is available from buyers, brokers, or agents.
Send market trend updates during the marketing phase so clients can understand current conditions.
Stay closely involved during purchase agreement and counter-offer negotiations until the contract is appropriately ratified.
Coordinate inspection scheduling, signing details, escrow communication, and weekly progress updates through closing.
